Brisdelle (generic: paroxetine) is a prescription medication used to treat hot flashes associated with menopause. Brisdelle contains paroxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and is the only non-hormonal treatment for hot flashes approved by the FDA.
