Iclusig (generic: ponatinib) is a prescription medication used to treat adults with certain types of leukemia who are no longer benefiting from a previous treatment. Iclusig belongs to a group of drugs called kinase inhibitors, which help slow or stop the production of cancerous cells.

This medication comes in tablet form and is taken once a day, with or without food. Swallow Iclusig tablets whole.

Commons side effects of Iclusig include skin rash, tiredness, and headache.
