Mirapex ER Overview
Mirapex ER (generic: pramipexole) is a prescription medication used to treat Parkinson's Disease. Mirapex ER belongs to a group of drugs called dopamine agonists which bind to dopamine receptors in the brain and control movements.
This medication comes in an extended-release tablet form and is usually taken once daily, with or without food.
Common side effects of Mirapex include sleepiness, nausea and vomiting, and constipation.
