Natroba (generic: spinosad) is a prescription medication used to treat head lice (tiny insects that live on humans, usually found in hair) in patients aged 4 years and older. Natroba belongs to a group of drugs called pediculicides, which work by killing head lice.

This medication comes in liquid form and is applied to dry hair and left on hair and scalp for 10 minutes. A second application may be required if live lice are seen 7 days after first application.
