Nexavar is an anticancer medicine used to treat a certain type of liver or kidney cancer called: 

• Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, a type of liver cancer), when it can not be treated with surgery 
• Renal cell carcinoma (RCC, a type of kidney cancer) 

Nexavar has not been studied in children.
