You should not receive Orencia if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.

You should not have any vaccinations while you are using Orencia or for 3 months after you stop using abatacept without talking to your doctor.

Orencia may worsen Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

Orencia may increase your risk of getting infections or worsen infections you already have. Avoid people with known infections.
