Qnasl (generic: beclomethasone) is a prescription medication used to treat symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergies including sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, and nasal itching. Qnasl belongs to a group of drugs called corticosteroids, which help decrease inflammation in the nose.

This medication comes as a nasal aerosol spray. It is used once daily; two sprays in each nostril.

Common side effects of Qnasl include nasal discomfort, nose bleeds, and headaches.
