Stribild (generic: elvitegravir/cobicistat/emtricitabine/tenofovir) is a prescription medication used to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in adults who have never taken HIV medications before. Stribild is a single tablet containing four medications which together provide a complete treatment regimen for HIV infection.
