Tracleer (generic: bosentan) is a prescription medication used to treat high blood pressure in the vessels of the lungs, known medically as pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in people over 12 years old.  Tracleer belongs to a group of drugs called endothelin receptor antagonists, which help blood vessels to relax, lowering blood pressure and allowing the heart to pump blood more efficiently.

This medication comes in tablet form and is taken twice a day, with or without food.

Common side effects of Tracleer include respiratory tract infection, headache, and fainting.
